NIACL AO Cut off marks 2016

New India Assurance Company limited will conduct phase 1 and 2 written exam for Administrative Officer posts in December 2016. The test is to be held for Generalist Scale 1 cadre posts. NIACL AO Phase 1 Cut off marks

 Candidates have to qualify in each test by securing passing marks to be decided by the Company.

 NIACL AO Phase 2 Cut off marks

 Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score for each section of objective test separately for short listing for the Descriptive test evaluation/Interview. Descriptive answer script would be evaluated only in respect of those candidates who qualify the objective test. Each candidate should obtain a minimum total score in the objective test (main examination) and qualify in the descriptive test for short listing for the Interview.

 The final cutoffs for selection will be decided on the basis of online exam and interview. The weightage (ratio) of online Examination and Interview will be 80:20 respectively.
Online Exam: 80% weightage
Interview: 20% weightage

 The cutoffs will be decided by the Company according to number of vacancies. Separate cut offs will be decided each for a section or overall. The c.o. scores will be calculated on the basis of vacancies to shortlist candidates for next round.
