RPF Constable Salary 2018 (Gross / Total & Cash in Hand, Allowances) as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix

The following salary will be provided as per pay scale mentioned below.

RPF Constable Pay Scale - A newly recruited Constable in RPF/RPSF is placed in level 3 of 7th Pay Matrix with Initial pay of Rs. 21700 plus other admissible allowances at that time. As per this scale, the approx. salary / emoluments will be around Rs. 28000-32000 depending on the allowances given. This Level 3 in 7th pay Commission corresponds to 5200-20200 GP 2000 in 6th Pay scale. Check Below given image for more info.
7th CPC Pay Matrix Level 3 - RPF Constable Pay Scale
RPF Constable Salary Chart:
Basic pay: Rs. 21700

  • 24% for Class X city (Population above 50 lakh)=5208
  • 16% for Class X city (Population between 5-50 lakh)=3472
  • 8% for Class X city (Population below 5 lakh)=1736

Dearness Allowance (DA) @7%: 1519
Transport Allowance (TA): 3600
Summing up to get RPF Constable Total Salary:
Gross Salary in Class X city: Rs. 32027
Gross Salary in Class Y city: Rs. 30219
Gross Salary in Class Z city: Rs. 28555

Deductions - around Rs. 2000-4000.

Newly recruited RPF Constable Cash in Hand salary: Rs. 24000-30000 depending on place of posting.
